Most of the time in life, all of us engage in Un-learning what we learnt in class rooms.
[a]Managers and business leaders don't' refer back to MBA notes from the past. Instead, they observe, read the business situation and apply common sense to solve the problem.
[b]Software developers encountering complex coding challenges don't simply enroll in short courses; they actively research, experiment, and learn to overcome those obstacles.
Traditional classrooms, on the other hand, focus on teaching students on how to be students and follow school rules.
[1]Students learn how to take notes and talk to each other in secret, as well as how to ask questions that will please adults.
[2]The system gives awards to the best classroom sitters and spends a lot of money to make sure the classroom is a good place to be.
It is time to transform the format of classroom and corporate learning to immersive learning where students can try new things in the real world and get credit for doing so.
[a] Internships, apprenticeships, and engaging jobs are more valuable than term papers, textbooks, and tests for meeting the educational needs of older children.
[b] Hands-on experiences and real-world learning opportunities have greater benefits compared to writing reports, memorizing textbook passages, or solving complex math problems .
[c] And it is time for GenZ , Millennials and earlier generations to learn how to Uninstall the old style of learning.
