The future world doesn't need more managers. It needs more leaders. Leaders who are: ๐Ÿ‘‰ Transparent ๐Ÿ‘‰ Empathetic ๐Ÿ‘‰ Visionary ๐Ÿ‘‰ Passionate ๐Ÿ‘‰ Accountable You don't need a title or position to lead. All you need is a vision and the courage to stand up for what's right. Leadership means taking responsibility for your actions, being accountable for your decisions, and inspiring others to be their best selves. So think beyond what you're expected to do and start focusing on what you can do to make a difference. That's what true leadership is all about.

Who lit your path? โ˜€ Guru Purnima is an annual festival in Hindu and Buddhist traditions honoring mentors in life. It's a day to express gratitude to who guide our personal and professional growth. Who kindled your inner flame? For me, five mentors stand out. Each unique, all transformative. 1. Rana Kundu : Taught me the importance of empathy and creating wonderful human experience in the corporate world. He taught me to see the big picture, connect the dots, be spontaneous and be comfortable with ambiguity. In essence, he laid the foundation for all my future roles, shaping my approach to leadership and human interaction in the business realm. 2.Gauranga De : Went beyond his position to spot potential in team members (way junior to him) like me , creating stages and platforms for them to shine and selflessly see them grow to newer heights. That act had a profound impact on me that I started enjoying becoming more selfless in all my future leadership roles, genuinely finding joy in seeing others growth. 3. Surendu Korgaokar : Powerhouse of positivity. Every word and every interaction simply inspired and pushed me higher, beyond my limits. Always kept connecting me to the right people to catalyse my growth. His consistency in doing this always inspired me. 4. Dr Robert Winter When I landed in Australia, I was fortunate to begin my career under his leadership.ย ย Robert cared deeply, encouraging innovation with complete freedom when I managed projects. His presence always radiated positivity in us. His approach was very unique combining intellectual depth with genuine empathy.ย And his writings? โœPure, wisdom. 5. My Spiritual Gurus ( untaggable in Linkedin ๐Ÿ˜Š ) Who helped me forget external Google - I learned to search my inner search engine for answers, where the loading time is faster and the results are ad-free! ๐Ÿ˜Š Thanks for gifting me with a swiss army knife like tool to tap into consciousness. I learned switch to a beyond-mind state effortlessly in various situations and witness my own thoughts. . What connects these wonderful beings ? - I reflected today. Deep empathy. It's woven into their very being, shaping every interaction, every lesson. ******************************* As we celebrate Guru Purnima, let's honor those who nurtured us in our career path. Who shaped your journey? Whose wisdom guides you still? Share their impact. In doing so, we celebrate a timeless tradition: knowledge passed down, lives touched, souls inspired.
